1. Introduction & Your Agreement

Welcome to getyour.com.bd, operated by ASTGD. We are an authorized reseller of BTCL, providing .bd and .com.bd domain registration services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Domain Registration Services

• Service Scope: We facilitate registration of .bd, .বাংলা, and other TLDs through accredited registries such as BTCL.
• Availability: A domain is only confirmed once you receive official approval.
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your domain does not infringe on any legal rights or trademarks.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable once initiated.

3. Crucial Compliance Notice for .BD and .বাংলা Domains

As an authorized reseller of BTCL, all registrants must comply with BTCL and BTRC policies. Failure to follow these requirements may result in domain suspension without refund.

• A valid National ID (NID) is mandatory for all domain registrations.
• All required documents must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.
• All documents must match the registrant’s provided details exactly.
• Fake, forged, or mismatched documents will result in permanent suspension without refund.

Required Documents by Domain Extension

• .com.bd — NID and Trade License or TIN or VAT certificate.
• .org.bd — NID and proof of organizational registration or approval.
• .net.bd — NID and ISP license or relevant Trade License.
• .edu.bd / .ac.bd / .sch.bd — NID and official approval from the appropriate ministry or board.
• .gov.bd / .mil.bd — Restricted domains requiring official government authorization.
• .id.bd / .bd — NID required; the domain name must include part of the registrant’s legal name.
• Other extensions (such as info.bd, tv.bd) require NID plus documentation relevant to the domain’s purpose.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• All services require full pre-payment before activation.
• We may suspend services without notice if payment is not received on time.
• Data may be permanently deleted upon service termination.
• Refunds for eligible services may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable.
• Accounts suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Services may not be used for the following activities:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Hosting illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
• Promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Distributing malware, pirated software, or participating in hacking.
• Violating the laws of Bangladesh, including the ICT Act and Digital Security Act.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide support. Payment data is processed securely by trusted gateways. We do not sell your data, and we only share information when required to complete services or comply with law.

7. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on an “as is” basis. ASTGD is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, business delays, or any indirect damages.

8. General Legal Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka.
• We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASTGD and its partners, including BTCL, from claims arising from misuse of the services.
